iPAY offers multiple cashier accounts, cash vouchers, automatic employee identification using fingerprints and extensive reporting system specially for cash related information.

iPAY supports multiple users and multiple operations at the same time. Access and viewing rights of each user can be individually set as per employee's role in your organization.
You can manage exposure of information and access to reports in iPAY by setting up profile of each user. There are about 90 settings for user profile which you can switch on/off in any combination to suit your requirements.

iATTENDANCE is our dedicated attendance application.
iATTENDANCE supports manual attendance punching along with import of attendance data file from machines. You can alter imported attendance data from machines (biometric or swipe card), any alteration of punch data will be retained on re-import of data from machine.
iATTENDANCE's AI based system will automatically detect punches and will point out for missing and suspected punches. Duplicate punches will also be automatically ignored.
iATTENDANCE can also calculate overtime hours based on working hours set for each employee. Leave rules and weekly off day rules are there to continue your existing policies. iATTENDANCE will point out any deviations from company leave policies automatically.
Time sheet will be automatically generated along with monthly attendance register. iATTENDACE has extensive collection of reports related to attendance and leaves.

NEFT Support
iPAY will generate ready to dispatch NEFT lists in bank approved formats for mid-month advance payments and end of month payroll. You can divide the total outstanding amount in multiple batches and iPAY will automatically generate NEFT and BT lists based on selected payee bank account.
iPAY will eliminate bank entry rejection of payroll entries once accurate bank details of employees are updated into the system. Covering letters and bank statements of multiple bank formats are supported and you can select the one which suits you.

iPAY offers a very flexible payroll profile for each employee. You can define allowances and deductions of your choice and set their calculation formulae. All types of statutory deductions like ESI, PF, Income Tax, Loan, Advance and LWF are configurable as per your choice.
You can create multiple payment registers based on your existing employee groupings and sub groupings. Monthly payment summaries will automatically adapt accordingly. You can hold/relieve payroll of employees of your choice.
iPAY will generate details for pending outstanding amount for all payment methods. Multi-company summaries are also available for monthly payroll data.

Billing Terms & Conditions
GST, Govt. levies and taxes will be charged extra as applicable at the time of billing.
Monthly invoice will be raised after payroll processing and is to be cleared in 10 days from date of invoice.
If your employee strength is less then 25 in any given month then minimum charges of Rs. 100/month will be charged per application.
We will keep data of suspended account for 30 days and after it will be deleted from our server and we will not be liable for any damages due to loss of data.
You will be intimated 30 days prior to any changes in charges.
Any billing disputes must be reported to Cloudpayroll.in in writing within 30 days of the date of the invoice. All Subscription Fees are non-refundable once paid.
